Hope Bridge Tutoring and Ability Development Center cordially invites outstanding individuals who are passionate about education, responsible, and willing to accompany students in their growth to join our team.

We primarily serve primary and secondary school students in Rancho Cucamonga and the surrounding community, aiming to provide them with more systematic and compassionate educational support through after-school tutoring, learning ability development, interest expansion, and college application planning.

We are looking for

After-school tutor

Responsible for tutoring students' daily homework, answering their questions, explaining their mistakes, and cultivating their study habits.

Priority considerations:

* Math tutor
* English reading and writing teacher
Junior high school tutor
* Science/STEM tutor
* Bilingual teacher (Chinese and English)

Teachers of learning ability and interest courses

Responsible for conducting courses and activities on learning methods, reading, writing, public speaking, STEM, project-based learning, etc.

College planning consultant

Assist students and parents in understanding junior and senior high school academic planning, course selection, learning goals, and long-term development directions.

Volunteers and Interns

University students, education students, and community volunteers who are passionate about education and willing to serve community students are welcome to participate.

Passionate about education and enjoys interacting with teenagers.
* Responsible, patient, and with good communication skills
* Respect for individual student differences
* Able to create a positive, safe, and orderly learning environment
* Preference will be given to candidates with relevant subject knowledge or teaching experience.
* Preference will be given to candidates who are proficient in both Chinese and English.
* Priority will be given to candidates with experience in American schools, after-school programs, or youth services.

Job duties

Depending on the position, it may include:

* Student homework tutoring
* Support for subjects such as mathematics, English, and science
* Learning plan development and progress tracking
* Study Habits and Time Management Guidance
* Reading, writing, and speaking skills training
* Student interest and comprehensive ability activities
* Provide necessary learning feedback to parents.
* Assist in organizing community education activities

After-school project time

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

2:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Specific working hours can be negotiated based on the job position and course schedule.
